The goal was to build a direct outreach system across LinkedIn and email that could consistently put the business in front of its target ICP, establish relationships with the right decision makers, and position the team as a trusted expert in the space.

We started by identifying the market segments where Dynamics Success had the strongest right to win, so every campaign was pointed at accounts where the offering was genuinely differentiated rather than trying to be relevant to everyone.

From there, we built a workflow in Clay that pulled target leads, enriched them with signals and triggers, crafted personalised outreach tailored to each prospect, and automated delivery across email and LinkedIn. Positive replies were then handled by a system that converted them into booked meetings without losing momentum.

On top of the core campaigns, we built evergreen signal-based plays that triggered outreach automatically based on real-world buying signals, including LinkedIn listening triggers and online reviews. This meant the system was not just running static campaigns, but continuously picking up fresh accounts the moment they showed signs of being in-market.
